About the Role
Elston Hall Learning Trust/Palmers Cross Primary School is seeking a Level 2 Teaching Assistant to support our 30‑place Specialist Speech and Language Resource Base. The role is full‑time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, starting September 2026.
Key Responsibilities
Work with pupils with SEND, particularly those with high needs, either 1:1 or in small groups, to develop communication skills. Provide supportive, calm and tailored assistance in a modern, state‑of‑the‑art learning environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Experience working with children with SEND is essential. Confidence to work across all Key Stages, sensitivity, patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations are required.

Safeguarding and Child Protection
