Wheeled Material Handler – Corby (NN17)
Location: Corby, NN17 5YH
Pay Rate: £13.41 per hour
Hours:
- 45 hours per week
- First 40 hours paid at flat rate
- Hours over 40 paid at x1.5 overtime rate
Smart Solutions are currently recruiting for a Wheeled Material Handler to join our client based in Corby.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mobile plant operator to join a busy waste and recycling operation offering ongoing work and overtime opportunities.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a Wheeled Material Handler / 360 machine safely and efficiently within a busy recycling environment.
Main Duties
- Operating a wheeled material handler / 360 machine
- Moving and sorting recyclable materials around site
- Loading and unloading materials safely
- Carrying out routine equipment checks
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Supporting general site operations where required
Requirements
- Previous experience operating wheeled material handlers or 360 machinery
- Experience within waste, recycling, or industrial environments preferred
- Good awareness of Health & Safety procedures
- Reliable and hardworking attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
