Compass Children’s Homes in New Romney is seeking a part-time Residential Support Worker to help transform the lives of children through flexible working hours. This role involves facilitating activities, ensuring wellbeing, and providing comprehensive support to children and young people.

Applicants must be caring and compassionate, with a minimum age of 22, and a valid manual driving licence. Training and support for achieving Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare will be provided.
