Residential Childcare Worker — Impactful Training & Growth

Holistic Support Services in Sefton is looking for a compassionate support worker to provide care for young people. You will foster positive relationships, support daily routines, and work with a team to maintain a safe environment. A Level 3 in Residential Childcare or similar is desirable. The role is full-time, with hours from 8 am to 10 pm or 11 pm on a 2 on, 3 off basis. Starting pay is £12.75/hr, increasing to £14/hr with qualifications.
