Job Description:

Capita Pension Solutions is looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our established team on a permanent basis. Our Pensions team handles incoming calls from a wide range of members and beneficiaries regarding pensions. This role will be based at our Liverpool office on Chapel Street, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shift patterns between 8 am and 6 pm. There are no evenings or weekends, and the salary is £25,155 per annum. Start date is 15 June 2026.

What you’ll be doing

  • Take a high volume of inbound calls from members and beneficiaries.
  • After training, handle a wide range of queries within agreed service levels.
  • Work in a team supported and encouraged by the Team Manager to develop skills in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Receive comprehensive training to be fully equipped to handle every call efficiently.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven call centre experience, including high‑volume inbound calls.
  • Excellent telephone manner, empathy, and ability to build rapport.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to resolve queries quickly.
  • Strong attention to detail, prioritisation and initiative.
  • Knowledge and experience of pensions – advantage but not essential.
  • Experience with AWS Amazon Connect – advantage but not essential.

Security Clearance

This role requires enhanced security clearance. Applicants must have lived in the UK for the past five consecutive years.
