Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are absent.
• Use communication skills to train and inspire the team to deliver food, drink, and service they can be proud of.
• Model professionalism and guide team development.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that WOW guests and keep them returning.
