The Grove is located in Ystradgynlais in a property originally belonging to the local iron master. The Grove features all the modern conveniences and facilities designed to provide our high standard of care. The home focuses on creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere, encouraging residents to maintain independence while receiving personalised care. The home is well‑connected to local amenities and community resources, ensuring residents remain engaged with their surroundings.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide person‑centred care in line with an individual’s care plan.
- Offer personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents.
- Promote dignity, choice and inclusion.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and support your colleagues in day‑to‑day duties.
- Maintain a safe, happy, and caring environment.
