Up to £30K per annum depending on experience.

Monday-Thursday 6-2 & 2-10, Friday 6-11:30 & 11:30-5:00.

Temp to Perm.

Our client is a well-established printing company based in Rochdale, which due to continued expansion is looking to add an experienced Flexographic Print Operator to their team. As a Print Operative, you’ll play a key role in creating high-quality products for our customers. The company is well established and prides itself in delivering a high‑quality service to its clients.

Responsibilities

• Operating both manual and semi‑automatic machines, including 4‑colour stack presses.
• Monitoring machinery output to meet and exceed production targets.
• Identifying and resolving print issues.
• Optimising changeovers while maintaining health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment and promoting safety.
• Conducting shift handovers to ensure smooth production transitions, including briefing the next shift and checking machinery.

The Person

• Ideally, you have experience in print, either flexographic, lithograph or gravure background.
• NVQ in Print (desirable but not essential).
• High attention to detail and meticulous approach.
• Able to work independently and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
• Flexibility to work a 2 shift pattern.
