About the role:
justteachers are supporting a primary school in Coventry to recruit a SEND Outreach Support Assistant. This is a full-time role with an Immediate start, fixed term until the end of the academic year. The role involves supporting pupils with additional needs across different classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide targeted SEND support across year groups
• Implement EHCP strategies
• Support classroom engagement
• Work closely with the SENDCo
Pre-requisites:
- Level 2 or higher teaching assistant qualification or equivalent (Must be relevant to working with children)
- Proven experience working with children in a school or relevant setting (That can be referenced)
- A minimum of two references that cover the past two years, including last employer. Ideally references will be education or school-based references
