Full job description

Join our passionate team at M&D Care as a Support Worker in our service in Rotherslade, SA3 4QW and make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable adults. This role will include working nights. No experience is necessary as full training will be given, but having the right values is important to us. We are predominantly looking for male support workers, although female support workers will be considered.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality, person‑centred care to individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks including personal care, meal preparation, medication management and shopping
  • Promote independence, dignity and well‑being through engaging and meaningful activities
  • Work autonomously while maintaining the safety and respect of those you support
  • Comply with regulatory standards set by Social Care Wales and Care Inspectorate Wales
  • Work flexibly on a rota basis, including early mornings, evenings, nights and weekends

Additional Information
