Overview

We’re a growing outsourced management consultancy that works with a diverse client base — from ambitious startups and entrepreneurs to established medium-sized companies. We help business leaders streamline operations, manage growth, and deliver lasting value.

We’re now hiring our first full-time team member — an Operations & Client Executive who’s proactive, professional, and excited to grow with us. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in business consulting or operations management, gaining hands-on experience across strategy, client delivery, and technology-driven business support.

Role Description

  • Acting as the main point of contact for clients, managing communication and scheduling.
  • Assisting with finance and administration (invoices, reconciliations, supplier coordination).
  • Supporting contract preparation, compliance tasks, and documentation.
  • Helping refine internal systems and templates for greater efficiency.
  • Contributing to marketing, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Using AI tools and automation to streamline reporting, research, and communication.
  • Attending client meetings in London and Cambridge, with occasional foreign travel.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A confident communicator and relationship builder.
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Tech-savvy and open to using AI tools to improve workflows.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Curious about business operations, consulting, and entrepreneurship.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in an operations, client support, or administrative role (consulting, professional services, or startup experience preferred).

What We Offer

  • Regular in-person meetings and collaboration in London and Cambridge and abroad.
  • Exposure to diverse industries and direct client engagement.
  • Opportunity to shape how a growing consultancy operates.
  • Supportive, entrepreneurial environment that values initiative and innovation.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 per year (depending on experience)

Work Model: Remote-first, with regular in-person meetings in London and Cambridge

Hours: Full-time, flexible working arrangements

Growth: Opportunity to shape a growing consultancy and take on more responsibility as we expand

Development: Exposure to senior clients and entrepreneurs, with support for learning and professional growth
