Electronics PCB Assembler – Day Shift

Syntech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Production Operative in Andover to take part in the assembly, soldering, and testing of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs). You’ll work collaboratively to produce high-quality electronic products for critical sectors like Aerospace and Medical.

The ideal candidate should have manufacturing experience, a keen eye for detail, and good manual dexterity. This role offers a standard day shift of 38.5 hours per week and provides necessary training for soldering processes.
