Children’s Residential Support Worker

Overview

• We require resilient Support workers in our existing Ofsted registered Solo service in Southport, ideal candidates will work alongside our management team. Level 2 Diploma in Children’s Residential desirable or working towards.
• We requirement an individual for full time hours, experience is desirable but not essential.
• We offer competitive rates of pay and pay asleep in duties at £60.00 per night, per shift.
• A driving licence is advantageous but not essential. Are you what we are looking for, apply today.

Duties include

• Taking point on shift and leading by example.
• Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
• Training up new members of staff.
• Participating in on call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
• Assisting with the support and ensuring the adults needs are always met.
• Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.

Pay Structure

• No experience and during probation – £12.75 per hour.
• After passed probation period – £13.00.
• Level 2 and 3 Diploma in Children`s Residential – £13.50.
• Level 4 Diploma in Children`s Residential – £14.00.
