Team Assistant/PA – Financial Services – £45k and unbeatable benefits package (Hybrid 1 day wfh)
My client, a dynamic, multinational Private Equity house is looking for a dynamic and highly organised Team Assistant to join busy team of four but also supporting the wider Executive team as necessary. This is a varied role with plenty of moving parts, so it will suit someone who is naturally proactive, detail focused and comfortable juggling changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and travel arrangements
- Putting together clear and well organised itineraries
- Keeping on top of emails, correspondence and general queries
- Process expense reports and reimbursement submissions
- Screen calls and manage incoming communications
- Prepare documents and materials for meetings
- Collaborate with other administrative team members as needed
- Managing busy and often changing diaries and travel arrangements
Experience Required
- 3–4 years’ experience in a Team Assistant or similar role
- Previous exposure to Financial or Professional Services
- Strong experience with Outlook calendar management and Microsoft Office

- Calm under pressure, able to prioritise and be comfortable managing multiple diaries and shifting priorities

- Takes ownership of their role and is willing to go the extra mile
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both written and verbally
