Learning Support Specialist — Education & Inclusion

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a Learning Support Assistant to work full-time at our Berkshire College of Agriculture. This role is essential in helping students access the curriculum and achieve their potential.

The successful candidate will provide support in class and for individuals with learning difficulties. Key requirements include Level 2 qualifications in English and Mathematics, solid experience with young adults, and a positive, proactive approach.
