We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a residential lettings portfolio, focusing on property maintenance and client care within a friendly and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
• Handling daily maintenance issues and tenant queries
• Liaising with contractors, landlords, and tenants
• Conducting property visits and inspections
• Scheduling and overseeing works during void periods
• Ensuring excellent customer service and communication

What youll bring

• Experience in lettings and property management (preferred)
• Strong maintenance knowledge with problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Reapit or similar property management software is a plus
• Full UK driving licence preferred
