Parts Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our busy Parts Department at Platinum Vauxhall & Citroën Dealership in Trowbridge. In exchange for your hard work and experience we offer a competitive package and a friendly, supportive working environment.

About the Role

Duties:

• Maintain accurate inventory of parts and supplies
• Assist customers in identifying and ordering the correct parts for their vehicles
• Process parts orders and returns
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of parts
• Keep track of parts warranties
• Maintain a clean and organized parts department

Experience

• Previous experience in a parts department or automotive industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
