Customer Service Advisor (Permanent) – 2 Full-time positions available!
Salary: £26,457 per annum, 35 hours per week
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm, rotation-based.
With two full-time positions available, rota-based Monday – Friday, between the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm. As we expand to meet demand, there are opportunities for career growth within Tai Tarian.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader this role involves responding to and providing assistance to customers with general queries and repairs requests over the phone and email inbox. The Customer Service Advisor will be the first point of contact for customers and those wishing to engage with us as a business. The role will build internal and external partnerships, including contractors, to provide a positive experience of Tai Tarian with a people centric approach.
