As Assistant Manager at Packe Arms, you’ll support the General Manager in leading the team to success, motivating staff to deliver excellent guest experience, and mentoring individuals to reach their full potential.

What will I be doing?

• Support the General Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the business, acting as Duty Manager when they are away.
• Use communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be a role‑model and guide development within your team.
• Lead the team to deliver moments that wow guests, keeping them coming back.
