We’re looking for a client‑focused and proactive Client Services Consultant to deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and support for our HR software clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the key point of contact for clients using our HR system, providing tailored training and answering queries.
- Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new clients.
- Take a consultative approach to help clients maximise the value of their software.
- Raise and track technical issues or enhancement requests with the development team.
- Collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and the Client Experience Team to support renewals and deliver a seamless, end‑to‑end client journey.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a client‑facing customer service role.
- Detail‑oriented with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficient in using technology and quick to learn new systems, spreadsheets, and specialist software.
- Ability to spot patterns or recurring issues and share constructive feedback to improve client experience.
- Calm under pressure, professional, and committed to delivering a positive, client‑first service.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: £26,227 per annum.
