Role
To support our expansion plans, we are recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join our hardworking, dedicated team in this busy centre. You will work alongside the Centre Manager who will train you in all aspects of how to manage the operation in all areas including people, service operations, car count, profit, sales and administrative duties. This is a hands-on role; our Assistant Managers also spend time in the service bays with the team, assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained.
Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day operations and leadership of the centre under the guidance of the Centre Manager.
- Support service operations, car count, and profitability targets.
- Provide high levels of customer service and build strong relationships with customers.
- Spend time in the service bays as needed to maintain efficient operations.
Requirements
You should be qualified to a minimum of Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance, able to carry out minor fast fit repairs or servicing as required. The ideal candidate will:
- Be proactive with a positive attitude and a desire to deliver great customer service
- Be sales driven, aiming to meet and exceed financial targets for the centre
- Help the team build a strong local reputation for our brand

Requirements
- Level 2 in light vehicle maintenance
Desirable Criteria
- Automotive service: 2 years (preferred)
- Full Driving Licence (preferred)
- Customer service 2 years (preferred)
- Management experience 2 years (preferred)
