Facilities Technician

A well-established and highly reputable company is looking to appoint a Facilities Technician to support ongoing maintenance and facilities operations across their site.

This is a hands‑on role working closely with the Facilities Manager, covering both equipment and building services in a structured, regulated environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting planned and reactive maintenance across site equipment and facilities
• Working within strict quality standards, ensuring all work is compliant and documented
• Assisting with PAT testing, calibration and validation activities
• Liaising with contractors and internal teams to resolve maintenance issues
• Contributing to preventative maintenance programmes (TPM)

What they’re looking for:

• Some experience in facilities, maintenance, or engineering (mechanical or electrical)
• Basic electrical competency (17th/18th Edition ideal)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work within structured processes
