What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping, or a willingness to learn and grow in the field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
  • Comfortable with using technology and basic mobile devices
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service to people of all backgrounds

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Maintaining communal green spaces that are welcoming for everyone
  • Engaging with residents from diverse backgrounds and delivering high-quality service
  • Operating equipment such as mowers, hedge cutters, and brush cutters (training provided)
  • Traveling across Daventry and surrounding areas, ensuring safe and well‑maintained environments

Additional Requirements

  • Due to the nature of the role, a Basic DBS check will be required to ensure a secure environment.
