Customer Care Advisor
Based at our client’s Head Office in Milton Keynes, working Saturday and Sunday only.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly team in a recognised leading brand.
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with previous experience in a customer complaints related role. The successful candidate will demonstrate first class customer service, an excellent telephone manner, and good organisational skills.
Responsibilities
- Take complaints from customers via incoming calls, web form or emails via our social media team
- Ensure all communication records are accurate with sufficient detail
- Request relevant information to be completed by customers or franchisees
- Follow up complaints and ensure they are dealt with professionally and timely in line with the department’s service level standard
Qualifications
- High standard of written and spoken English
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in the customer complaints field
- Experience using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
- Proven track record of dealing with complaints in difficult situations, in a calm and professional manner
Salary: GBP15.37 per hour.
