Support Worker

Position Overview

£12.85 per hour.

Location: Leicester, Leicestershire.

Employment type: Full-Time.

Creative Support is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and experienced individual to join us as a Support Worker and lead a passionate and friendly team of staff to support individuals with learning disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high quality, respectful, and person-centred care and support to individuals in Leicestershire.
• Assist tenants in developing everyday living skills and participating in a wide range of activities.
• Encourage tenants to live socially inclusive lives, working within positive behaviour support guidelines.
• Build trusting and friendly rapport with all service users and adhere to local and corporate policies in a dignified manner.
• Work flexible shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and sleep‑ins.

Qualifications

• Positive and enthusiastic with superb communication skills.
• Ability to work within positive behaviour support guidelines.
• Experience or willingness to support individuals with learning disabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
