Overview
We are working with a primary school in BS40 who are seeking an enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant for a long term role, starting in September and continuing into the new academic year. There are also days available in Term 6 for candidates who are interested in starting sooner.
Role Details
- Learning Support Assistant
- 4 days per week, flexible days
- Long term, starting September (additional days available in Term 6)
Responsibilities
You will be supporting pupils across the school, working closely with class teachers and the wider staff team to help children achieve their full potential. The school has a supportive leadership team and a welcoming environment.
Person Specification
- Experience working with children in a school setting
- A patient and nurturing approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and committed to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
