Job Overview
We are looking for a Despatch Operative to join our established Despatch team at Cranswick Country Foods Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing products
- Scanning pallets in and out
- Stock rotation
- Ensuring each item conforms with product and quality standards
- Loading and unloading of lorries as required
- Perform other warehouse duties as required
Qualifications
- Good organisation and numeracy skills
- IT competent to be able to use an electric scanner
- Hardworking and a team player
- Previous experience preferred, however not essential

Shift Patterns
- Despatch Days – 06:40 – 18:40 on a 2-2-3 shift pattern, covering Monday – Sunday
- Despatch Nights – 18:40 – 06:40 on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
Pay and Benefits
- Rate of Pay – £14.90 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus) for Despatch Days
- Rate of Pay – £15.67 per hour (inclusive of £1 per hour weekly attendance bonus) for Despatch Nights
