About the Role
We are working in partnership with a high growth fashion brand who are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Admin Assistant to support a fast‑paced operations and logistics function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys problem solving and takes pride in delivering exceptional administrative support.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth logistics operations, coordinating processes, maintaining accurate records and supporting internal teams with operational efficiency.
Experience working within a start‑up or scale‑up environment is highly advantageous, as the role requires adaptability, initiative, and the ability to work effectively in a rapidly evolving business.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update logistics and operational databases accurately.
- Support customer service processes and respond to internal and external enquiries.
- Coordinate logistics administration, shipping documentation, and order tracking.
- Assist with reporting, invoicing, and operational reconciliation tasks.
- Maintain organised records and documentation systems.
- Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Support administrative activities across logistics and operations functions.
- Help identify process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Previous administrative experience within logistics, operations, or supply chain.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident using Microsoft Office and operational systems/databases.
- Proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Advantageous
- Experience working within a start‑up and/or scale‑up business.
- Exposure to logistics, fulfilment, supply chain, or e‑commerce operations.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth fashion environment.
Salary 28k – 32k
