- Hours: 36 hours per week

- Location: Hertsmere, Borehamwood
- Salary: London – £37,854 – £52,051 per annum; National – £34,869 – £47,945 per annum
Responsibilities
- Pre/post‑inspection and reporting for responsive repairs, void works and cyclical repairs.
- Consulting and engaging with customers and leaseholders, and with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and coordinate repair, maintenance and construction work to deliver according to cost, time and quality standards.
- Undertake building and technical surveys to determine building condition, identify defects and associated risks, conduct major void inspections, ensure work aligns with KPIs and make recommendations based on survey findings.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3.
- Member of a relevant professional body e.g. RICS or CIOB.
Requirements
- Ability to travel across the region as required.
- Open to Basic Criminal Record Check Clearance.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK; no visa sponsorship. Must reside in England or Wales for the duration of employment.
