I’m recruiting on behalf of a high-performance composites manufacturer supporting Formula 1, motorsport and advanced automotive programmes.

This is a great opportunity for an organised and proactive Stores Operative / Stores Person to join a fast‑paced manufacturing environment where accuracy, pace and quality are critical.

What you’ll be doing

• Goods In / Goods Out – receiving deliveries, checking paperwork, booking stock into MRP
• Picking, kitting and issuing materials to production (BOM-driven)
• Stock control, inventory management and location control
• Maintaining a clean, organised and H&S-compliant stores area

What I’m looking for

• Experience in stores, warehouse, parts or materials control within manufacturing
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Motorsport, composites or automotive experience is a bonus — not essential.
