About The Role
We are actively looking for 1 part‑time out of hours scheduler to work on our United Utilities contract.
A 5‑week rota is provided and, due to business needs, you may need to work during the week, on a bank holiday or for longer hours during the weekend. It is essential to be flexible before applying.
Location: United Utilities building, Haweswater House, Lingley Mere, Great Sankey, Warrington.
Hours: 16‑24 hours per week
Salary: £12.97 per hour
Responsibilities – But Not Limited To
- Contacting customers via telephone and email, providing them with information
- Providing customers and colleagues with accurate information
- Navigating our in‑house software, updating internal systems
- Handing over of works to other departments, in an efficient manner
- Deal with customer complaints, resolving in a timely manner
- Liaising with internal departments and our field‑based teams
Experience And Qualifications Required For The Role
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to multitask, and work to deadlines
- Previous customer contact experience required (telephone or face‑to‑face)
- Positive, can‑do attitude – team player
- Competent in IT, accurate data entry and good keyboard skills
