Helm is currently seeking an entry-level Web Coordinator to join our Marketing team! This role offers an exciting career path within a growing organization. The Web Coordinator will be responsible for data entry to accurately create and maintain products/SKUs on multiple websites for Helm clients.

Requirements
- Gather required data and take all necessary steps to create, assign, and maintain all product SKUs on multiple e-Commerce websites
- Coordinating with the copy writer, warehouse inventory and photographer to make product descriptions and images for each item.
- Building items onto the website, including description, price, images, shipping information and any promotional information.
- Daily contact with Program Coordinators regarding any necessary updates, supplier changes, pricing changes, or changes in information and overseeing those change
- Assisting other Web Coordinators with their brands when they are out of the office.
Required Education/Experience: Minimum of two years data entry/administration experience. Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
