Learning Support Assistant: Empower Students 1:1 & Groups

New Directions Holdings Limited is recruiting Learning Support Assistants to support pupils across schools in Market Harborough. This role focuses on helping children who may need extra support, whether it’s with learning, confidence, or communication.

You will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to create a positive classroom environment. Full-time and part-time hours are available, with pay ranging from £92.63 to £100.00 per day based on experience.
