Help Build Confidence, Independence, and Belief
Support Worker, Children’s Homes
Location: Wingrave | Full training provided
Through kindness, consistency, and strong relationships we support children and young people with learning disabilities and autism to build confidence, independence, and essential life skills. As a Support Worker you’ll work closely with young people aged 9 to 19, often one-to-one, helping them feel safe, understood, and encouraged through daily routines and activities. You’ll be part of a supportive team with full training, clear guidance, and ongoing development. No previous experience is required, just patience, compassion, and a willingness to learn.
About you
We’re looking for passionate individuals who have the right attitude, excellent customer service skills, and share our values. If you celebrate differences, value inclusion, and are eager to learn, you’ll be a great fit for our team. We’ll support you to earn a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare as you develop in your role. You will need to hold a manual UK Drivers licence as we are located in a rural village with no nearby public transport.

We fully support your training and development to become the best Support Worker you can be.
