Salary: GBP13.52 – GBP16.29 per hour

ThriveSheptonare is delighted to be working with our client in Wells, who are actively recruiting for a Production Operative – Weekend Shift on a temporary to permanent basis to join the team.

Responsibilities

• Ability to accurately weigh
• Ability to accurately add and arrange ready meal components
• Replenishing
• Maintaining high hygiene levels
• Conduct quality checks
• Team player
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Preferably previous experience as machine operator or operator

Working Hours

• 0600-1600 – Friday
• 0600-1800 – Saturday
• 0600-1800 – Sunday

Pay Rate

• Basic pay rate of £13.52 per hour between 0600-2200
• Basic pay rate of £16.29 per hour between 2200-0600

Upon Permanent Status

• Team Member – £13.52 per hour (with shift allowance £15.51 per hour)
• Skilled Team Member – £14.10 per hour (with shift allowance £16.57 per hour)
• Multi-Skilled Team Member – £14.63 per hour (with shift allowance £17.16 per hour)

• Bonus structure (paid quarterly, minimum payment £125, can increase in £25 increments up to £200; bonus paid at the end of the month following the quarter)
