Love beer? Know your way around a brewery? Enjoy hands-on work, problem-solving, and keeping production moving?

We’re looking for a Brewing Operator to join the Tiny Rebel production team and play a key role in brewing the beers people actually get excited about.

From core favourites to weird and wonderful limited releases, we’re all about pushing boundaries and brewing seriously good beer and we need someone who can help keep standards high and production flowing smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but your responsibilities will include:

Operating and monitoring brewing, cellar, and production equipment

Carrying out brewing processes in line with production schedules and quality standards

Managing fermentation, conditioning, and beer transfers

Completing clean and clear as you go, as well as maintaining exceptional hygiene standards

Monitoring product quality and completing accurate production records

Raw material handling, stock checks, and ingredient preparation

Supporting packaging operations across cans, kegs, and casks where required

Identifying and troubleshooting production issues

Ensuring health & safety, food safety, and compliance standards are followed at all times

Supporting continuous improvement across brewery operations

What We’re Looking For

We’re after someone proactive, reliable, and genuinely passionate about brewing.

Ideally, you’ll have:

Previous brewery or production experience

Good understanding of brewing processes and production operations

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

The ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

A practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving

Flexibility to work varying shifts where required

A team-first attitude and willingness to get stuck in

Kitchen or food manufacturing experience.

Knowledge of quality control / HACCP / food production standards

Formal brewing qualifications

Good understanding of mechanical processes

Location: Wern Industrial Estate, Rogerstone NP10 9FQHours: Full-time – 40hrs per week (including flexibility for weekends / shift work)Salary: £26,520.00

Shift Patterns: As standard: 6am – 2:30pm and 9:30am to 6pm (Peak busy times: 5am – 1pm, 9am – 5:30pm, 1:30pm – 10pm)
