We are working with a range of supportive primary and secondary schools looking for LSAs to provide classroom support, one‑to‑one assistance, and SEN support on both short‑term and long‑term assignments. Whether you are experienced in education or looking to begin a career supporting young people, we would love to hear from you.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience working with children or young people (school‑based experience desirable)
• A patient, positive, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
