Customer Service Representative
This role will be mostly office based, performing general order administration and customer service duties for both retail and trade customers.
Typical Tasks
- Respond to customer queries received via email & telephone
- Follow up new enquiries
- Provide customer service and pre‑sales advice to retail customers
- Place orders with trade suppliers
- Conduct research to provide answers for customers to resolve issues
- Develop and maintain good product knowledge, using our training facilities to learn more about the products sold
Essential Requirements
- Ability and commitment to deliver excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Competent IT skills, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Confident, polite telephone manner
- Meticulous filing skills
- Organised approach to daily tasks
- Prioritise tasks
Desirable Skills
- Background in customer service
- Good overall ski and/or snowboard experience
- Previous retail experience
- Flexibility, able to cope under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Problem‑solving enthusiasm
