Empowerment Support Worker – 16H, Weekends & Sleep-Ins

Cartrefi-Cymru is looking for dedicated Support Workers in Bangor, Wales, to help individuals make their own choices and achieve their goals. Full training is provided, and no previous experience is required. Support Workers will empower individuals while encouraging participation in structured activities.

The role includes a permanent contract with a pay rate of £13.59 per hour plus travel expenses at 45p per mile. Benefits include 25 days of annual leave and access to a health and wellbeing programme.
