Responsibilities
- Design and deliver meaningful experiences and events that reflect residents’ interests, preferences and lifestyles.
- Take the time to know every resident as an individual, supporting them to take part in experiences they enjoy and encouraging them to explore new opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive and inclusive environment that shapes everyday life.
- Build connections within the home and beyond to help enhance the resident experience.
- Bring fresh ideas, creativity and a sense of curiosity to the role, elevating everyday experiences into something meaningful, social and engaging.
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant experience as a Wellbeing Assistant, Activities Coordinator, or event planning and management.
- A caring, enthusiastic and kind approach with a genuine interest in older people.
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support colleagues.
- Good communication skills and a flexible approach to your work.
- Energy, creativity and confidence to engage others.
- A commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
- Right to work in the UK.
- All roles require safeguarding and pre-employment checks, including criminal records and overseas police checks if needed.

- Base pay: £13.45 per hour, 13 hours per week.
