What You’ll Be Doing
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Manager, you will be the primary point of contact between the business and our customers, delivering excellent customer service across multiple channels including telephone, email, social media and reviews. You will apply FCA guidelines and manage customer frustrations around insurance products and providers.
Experience That Will Put You Ahead Of The Curve
- Customer service – experience delivering excellent service to customers, with backgrounds in hospitality, contact centres or retail highly regarded.
- Experience delivering service through multiple channels including phone, email, chat, video calls and social media.
What’s In It For You
The expected salary for this role is £26,500. This is a 6‑month FTC, with a hybrid working arrangement from our Cardiff office – three days in office, two from home.
