In this role you support the General Manager in leading the team to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will motivate staff, mentor each individual, and ensure daily operations run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day business operations, acting as Duty Manager when necessary.
• Use communication skills to train, inspire and develop the team.
• Serve as a role model, guiding staff development and ensuring service quality.
