Support Worker

Moving and handling experience is required, as well as experience supporting individuals in wheelchairs.

• Develop flexible, engaging activity plans that promote autonomy and personal growth.
• Support individuals in maintaining healthy lifestyles and managing their health needs.
• Facilitate effective communication and maintain detailed, person-centered records.
• Oversee medication processes and support individuals in self-administration.
• Maintain a safe, clean living environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
