Benefits
- Basic salary range of £24,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
- Additional £4,560 earnings expected through uncapped commission
- Minimum on-target earnings of £28,560 up to £36,060 per year, dependent on basic salary
- Company Car
- Full-time working hours: 08:30‑18:00 weekdays and 09:00‑17:00 one Saturday in every four (with a day‑in‑lieu)

Responsibilities
- Booking and conducting property inspections
- Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
- Co‑ordinating with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
- Processing deposit returns
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Managing complaints
- Completing all check‑in and check‑out procedures, including full inventory reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year(s) of experience in a Property Manager role
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Good telephone manner
- IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car (no automatic‑only licences)
