What Will Your Day Look Like?

Developing your career in Architecture and Design with our friendly, family owned-company will be the start of an exciting journey. Sitting at the heart of the Regional Design & Technical team, you will be surrounded by experienced and caring professionals, giving you the opportunity to demonstrate your abilities from the outset, whilst learning from the best in the business.

You Will Be

  • Cadding up site plans and external works layouts.
  • Building Regulation submission and monitoring.
  • Updating and maintaining a drawing register system.
  • Issuing of documents and drawings.
  • Submitting Planning Applications to discharge planning conditions.
  • Submitting Robust Detail applications.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Full Driving Licence.
  • Excellent Communication and organisation skills.
  • Enthusiastic and willing to learn
  • Previous experience in a Technical Department within a housing developer or similar environment.
  • 5 GCSEs A-C grade/ Level 4 or equivalent qualifications.
  • Ability to use AutoCAD
  • Computer/ IT literate.
