Production Operative – Wax Finishing

We are recruiting an Assembly Production Operative within a Wax Finishing department for a global leader in precision manufacturing.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company, with full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting moulds to ensure high‑quality standards
• Using wax to smooth out imperfections and achieve the perfect finish
• Handling delicate components with care and precision
• Following manufacturing processes and quality guidelines
• This is a seated position

• Patience and attention to detail, as the work requires careful and precise handling
• A steady hand and focus to work on intricate tasks
• Ideal for someone who enjoys model making or working with small, delicate components
• Ability to follow instructions and work to quality standards
• A reliable team player with a strong work ethic
• No prior experience needed – full training provided

Hours & Pay

Rotating weekly shifts:

• Mon – Thu 5:45am – 1:45pm / Fri 5:45am – 11:45am
• Mon – Thu 2:00pm – 10:00pm / Fri 12:00pm – 7:05pm

Pay: £15.36 per hour plus a temp‑to‑perm arrangement.
