Pay: £13.45 – £18.87 per hour

Hours: Full-Time | Temporary Ongoing Work

We’re recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a leading manufacturer in Belper. Whether you’ve worked in production before or are looking for a fresh start, this is your opportunity to step into a stable, well-paid role with long-term potential.

Pay Rates (Weekly Pay Available)

• Day Shift: £13.45 per hour
• Afternoon Shift: £15.34 per hour
• Clear pay progression: up to £16.99 (days), up to £18.87 (afternoons)
• Earn more as you gain experience

Shift Patterns (Great Work-Life Balance)

• Day Shift: Monday to Thursday 06:00 – 14:30, Friday 06:00 – 12:00 (Early finish)
• Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday 14:30 – 23:00, Friday 12:00 – 18:00 (Early finish)
• Enjoy shorter Fridays every week

What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble products and components to a high standard
• Work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy
• Follow clear instructions and safety procedures
• Contribute to daily production targets
• Full training provided where needed

Requirements

• Experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is an advantage, but not essential
