As a Resource Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our Resource Management (RM) function, partnering with ~150 consultants across delivery and sales. You’ll lead workforce planning initiatives, optimize talent allocation, and influence strategic decisions that drive business success.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll:

  • Collaborate with industry leaders to forecast demand and align capacity.
  • Drive proactive resourcing strategies across regions and globally.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and embed yourself in talent conversations.
  • Use data and emotional intelligence to solve complex staffing puzzles.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead demand planning and capacity forecasting.
  • Partner with consulting and market leaders to optimize resourcing.
  • Understand and manage talent pools, skill gaps, and development needs.
  • Deliver insights through utilization reporting and business analytics.
  • Champion workforce planning tools and educate regional teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years in resource management or workforce planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Commercial acumen and analytical mindset.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive change.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus!
