We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on Maintenance Operative to join our client’s team on a busy site.

Job Duties

• General site maintenance and day‑to‑day repairs
• Basic plumbing (changing taps, fixing basins, etc.)
• Basic electrics (changing lights, sockets, switches)
• Flooring repairs and minor carpentry
• Filling, patching, and general maintenance
• Moving fixtures and helping with small installs
• Supporting with reactive jobs around site

What we’re looking for

• Someone with previous maintenance / handyman experience
• Immediate Start
• Confident with basic plumbing and electrics
• Able to work on their own and get jobs done
• A good attitude and willing to get stuck in
• Electrical Qualifications ( Desired)

Temp to Perm

• You’ll start through our agency for 13 weeks
