Customer Service Advisor | Neasden | £27,000 + bonus
You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries face-to-face and over the phone, identifying opportunities to add value, and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing sales role
- A confident, friendly communicator
- Someone proactive who spots opportunities naturally
- Good attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Comfortable juggling tasks in a busy environment
